At JAMON.CO.UK we offer free delivery for customers based in England, Wales and Scotland on orders over £50. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom:

England, Wales & Scotland

• Orders up £49.99 - Standard (Monday - Friday delivery) = £7.95
• Orders over £50 - Standard (Monday - Friday delivery) = Free

Northern Ireland, UK Channel Islands & IOM

• All orders - Standard (Monday - Friday delivery) = £14.95

We work with DPD who provide our customer delivery service. DPD is one of the most well-known and trusted courier brands in the world. However, deliveries can be delayed for a whole host of reasons and as such, quoted delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

DPD provide a fully-tracked service and you will receive alerts (by phone or email) updating you on your parcel’s delivery status. If the estimated delivery slot provided is not suitable, you can rearrange a delivery online to a day that better suits you.

If DPD are unable to deliver the item within 5 working days, they will return the goods to us.

Any claims for a missing, damaged or faulty deliveries must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
